Catherine Taister, host of CatNat Dance Films, proudly danced at the Figment Fest in NYC, the Providence Fringe Fest, the Detroit Dance City Fest, & the Kennedy Center Open House. Originally from Michigan, Cathy has performed at The Detroit Fringe Forward Festival, Sidewalk Festival, and many other events. Cathy presents her work both locally and nationally to a wide variety of audiences. In the past, Cathy has been a highly valued member of several dance companies including Atlas Moving Company, World Dance Focus, Avadance, People Dancing, and HBY Ensemble. In 2021, Cathy Taister became an Orange County, CA and since moving has presented her work in NACHMO, Emerge, National Water Dances and Global Water dances.
