Christian Lopez is an independent filmmaker and writer born in Burbank and raised all over California. Since he was a child, he was enamored by the writing process – he wrote his own series of short stories and sold them for a quarter on the playground at his elementary school. His love for storytelling reached a new height once his father handed him a video camera; conveying a story through video was exciting new territory for him, territories which he explores with an eager eye. Storytelling was – and continues to be – incredibly gratifying for Christian, what with conjuring up worlds and characters and populating them with deeply personal sentiments that he hopes will resonate with people.
