David Garyan has published three chapbooks with Main Street Rag. In 2019, the same publisher released his full length collection, (DISS)INFORMATION. He holds an MA and MFA from Cal State Long Beach, where he linked himself to the Stand Up Poets. His work has recently appeared in Volume XI of The American Journal of Poetry, where his poem, "Open Letter to the Students of Brandeis University with Bibliography," was praised by Joyce Carol Oates and promoted on her Twitter page. Along with holding an MA and MFA, he received a master's degree in International Cooperation on Human Rights and Intercultural Heritage from the University of Bologna. He serves as an editor for the international literary magazine, Interlitq, where he has published and interviewed notable writers and academics such as Robert Pinsky, Susan Stewart, Clifford Ando, Lucille Lang Day, Harry Northup, Fiona Sampson, Christopher Buckley, and many others. He now lives in Trento, Italy.
