Marcus Elman is curious about being, about life and how things work. He has a passion for reading, studying and writing poetry. Most recently, he was one of the runners-up in Beyond Baroque’s 2017 eighth annual poetry contest, as judged by the award winning poet Matthew Zapruder. The poem “The Boulevards of Los Angeles,” will be published by Beyond Baroque in their upcoming anthology. Marcus lives on Venice Beach; you may run into him on Main Street, on the sand, in the sea, or further afield.
