Valli Poole is an Australian born poet – she has featured in blogs – anthologies – broadsides – books – magazines and zines both in Australia and overseas. She is published in: Verandah Literary & Art Journal / Volume 34 (2019), OZ BURP 2 (Donnithorne Street Press), Bluepepper (2016), Polartis (Little Raven Publishing, 2016) and Fierce Invalids: A Tribute to Arthur Rimbaud (Blind Dog Press, 2014). She’s presently working on a suite of poetry about a mother and daughter, both named Edith Beale (of Grey Gardens) and a new collection for 2020 - Coming From Shadow.Blank Rune Press (BRP) was started by in 2010 by Valli to fulfill a long held dream, following her abiding passion for all things creative especially poetry. This small press has since become more of an open door to all poets with a special interest in those who are known but not necessarily in publications - the press has also become a stepping stone for many writers to move into more mainstream publications. BRP has gathered a following over the years and I hope, a reputation for being 'inclusive' of all writer's, photographer's and artists. Blank Rune Press has published over 20 titles.including THE EDGE - an anthology (2019), A Woman and Her Age , Linda Kohler (2019), HUSK: a small press magazine - 12 issues - (2018), Small Places, Open Spaces - Linda Krishnan/Valli Poole - (2018), Mad Songs - Robbie Coburn, (2015) and WIDE JUSTICE (remembering Eurydice Dixon), (2018).
