Love in Absentia
The Surgeon General may
issue a warning
to those who toss
the night into morning
that love in absentia
may cause severe dementia,
that those who are lent
enchantment by distance
may not pay off the loan
in any instance,
all of which should make one ponder
if it is healthy
to let absence make the
heart grow fonder.
