Some St. Patrick’s Day Science

Lots of folks like to have some kind of meal with potatoes for St. Patrick’s day. Here’s a diagram of the life cycle one of the potato plant’s biggest pests: the Colorado Potato Beetle. This insect has proven to evolve quick resistance to just about every chemical people throw at it.
