PUNKTHRIFT is a 28 year old LA Native, who believes deeply in the healing power of expressing vulnerability for ones self, first and foremost and energy levels permitting, sharing to uplift for the community. So much of the psychological turmoil accompanied with the human experience is often timeless and universal. As easy as that concept is to codify, PUNKTHRIFT has often begrudgingly accepted it. She has struggled deeply with feeling isolation and disconnection. Poetry has helped her on the journey to realize her connection to humanity.
